As part of larger sanitation programs,  hand and foot washing plays a key role in improving drug and food safety. We recognized the need for a system that will ensure 100% compliance with hand and foot washing before entry to the GMP/controlled area to prevent contamination.

  • The following steps run automatically and sequentially:
    Person steps in washing chamber and place hand in chamber, sensor detects the person and washing cycle starts automatically.
    Pre-Wash: Water shower spray water on foot and hand for 30 seconds to wash out dust.
    Detergent Wash: Water shower spray water mixed with detergent on foot and Hand for 15 seconds.
    Clean Wash: Water showers pray water on foot & hand to wash out detergent and other particles for 90 seconds. Person need to step in drying chamber. Sensor detects the person and starts drying cycle. At the same time in washing cycle, self-cleaning cycle starts for 30 seconds.
    Drying: Hot air blows from Air Nozzle in conepattern to dry Foot & Hand for 30 seconds.
    IPA Sanitization: IPS prays from different nozzles on hand, cycle time 5 seconds. (IPS pray for 3 million hand).
    Cycle Completes and Turnst ilegate are activated to enable the person to enter area.
    Turn stilegate will not activate in case of abort of cycle.
